The Christmas Experience - A Festive Success

What a night to remember at our Christmas Experience on 6th December 2025! What very nearly ended in disaster, with high winds preventing our marquees from being erected at the Motorhome Park (home to the event for the past two years), was wonderfully rescued when Parkdean stepped in at the last minute and saved the Christmas spirit by welcoming us to The Sands.

 With just two days to reorganise, we’re delighted to say the event was a huge success and thoroughly enjoyed by our lovely residents. Thanks to the generosity of everyone who supported the raffle and auction, we raised an incredible £904 for Llanmiloe Primary School, consumed far too many mince pies, and enjoyed a truly magical evening—made even more special by a visit from the big man himself, who took time out of his busy schedule to visit the children and residents of Pendine.

The Rib & Oyster served mouth-watering festive food, the Mole & Trap kept everyone well watered, and Pastor Haydn and the children of Llanmiloe School filled the venue with heart-warming carols. Entertainment was fantastic, with Crazy Clayton leading the children like a festive Pied Piper and the brilliant Wurlitzers rocking the night away.

A huge thank you goes to all our amazing volunteers, local businesses and residents for their wonderful raffle donations and support, and especially to the Mole & Trap, Rib & Oyster and Parkdean for helping make this such a special Pendine Christmas.
